Each session\u2019s duration is 1-2 hours and can be adjusted according to clients\u2019 needs and actual conditions. \u00a0 <\/span>Coaching needs continuous follow-ups which 10 hours of coaching time will be count as a series in general. Enrichment will also represent the coach to charge and issue formal invoices.\u00a0<\/span>Before commencing the coaching service, the client is required to fill in the coaching goals and self-discovering questionnaire, so that the coach can understand the client’s situation and needs,\u00a0which help the two parties to reach the coaching consensus.\u00a0<\/span>Enrichment will arrange, supervise and evaluate the whole coaching session.\u00a0At the end of the service,Enrichment will give out a reflection and self-evaluation form to the clients. After receiving these completed forms from the client, Enrichment will then pass these on to the coach for their reference in order to let coaches to improve continuously.
